This Retainer Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms of the monthly email marketing retainer service provided by BuildMyBlast ("we," "us," "our") to the subscribing client ("you," "Client"). By subscribing to the retainer plan, you agree to the following terms.
BuildMyBlast will provide up to 4 custom HTML email campaigns per month, designed and written from scratch based on your brief, brand assets, and goals. Each email is production-ready and compatible with all major email platforms.
The monthly retainer is $89.99/month, billed as a recurring charge via Stripe. Payment is collected automatically at the start of each billing period.
If you need more than 4 emails in a given month, additional emails are available at $19.99 each beyond the 4 included in your plan.
Unused emails within a billing period do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts fresh with 4 available emails.
Retainer clients receive priority delivery. Completed emails are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of receiving a complete brief. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during high-volume periods.
Reasonable revisions are included with each email to ensure your satisfaction. We reserve the right to limit excessive revision requests that substantially change the original scope of the brief.
Once delivered and paid in full, the Client owns all delivered work product, including the final HTML email files and all content within them. You may use, modify, and distribute the emails as you see fit for your business.
The Client is responsible for providing a brief, logos, brand assets, and any specific content or offers to be featured. BuildMyBlast handles all copywriting and design based on the materials provided.
If insufficient information is provided, we will follow up via email. Turnaround time begins once we have everything needed to start.
You may cancel your retainer at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. To cancel, email us or manage your subscription through your Stripe billing portal.
All work produced under this Agreement is subject to the same acceptable use terms outlined in our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse to create emails that contain illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
