These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuildMyBlast ("we," "us," "our") and the services we provide through buildmyblast.com. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
BuildMyBlast provides AI-powered self-service email creation, including:
Emails are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) based on the description and details you provide. You receive the HTML file immediately and can download it, refine it within the included refinements, and send it from any email service.
Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of purchase. For single emails, this is a one-time charge. For subscriptions, this is a recurring monthly charge until cancelled.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
Emails are generated by AI in real time, typically within about 60 seconds of payment or, for subscribers, of clicking "Build My Email." The finished HTML file is shown in the browser and downloadable immediately. You are responsible for importing it into your chosen email platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact, etc.).
Each generated email includes 5 free refinements. Use them to adjust tone, copy, layout, color, or any specific section. Beyond that, you can generate a new email at the standard rate.
Once delivered and paid in full, you own the final email HTML and all content within it. You may use, modify, and distribute the email as you see fit for your business.
You retain ownership of any logos or brand assets you provide. We will not use your materials for any purpose other than generating your email.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, in one click, from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access through what you've already paid for. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Unused emails within a billing period do not roll over to the next month.
Single emails: Because emails are generated and delivered immediately, single-email purchases are non-refundable once the email is generated. If a technical failure prevents generation entirely, contact us at hello@buildmyblast.com for a full refund.
Subscription: No refunds for the current billing period after the period has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
You agree not to use our services to create emails that:

BuildMyBlast provides email design and copywriting services. We are not responsible for the performance of your email campaigns, including open rates, click rates, deliverability, or revenue generated.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
