• Send order confirmations and delivery notifications

3. AI-Assisted Processing

We use AI tools (including Anthropic's Claude) to assist in drafting email content based on your brief. Your brief information is sent to these AI services for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: Email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI-assisted content generation. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Railway: Application hosting.
• Supabase: Image and file storage.
• Meta (Facebook Pixel): Advertising performance measurement and retargeting. The Pixel collects data about your visit to help us measure ad effectiveness and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics (GA4): Website traffic analysis. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide our services.

We retain your brief and email data for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
